Mr. Japheth Brooks is the father of Jamel Delano Brooks and serves as the President of the Jamel Delano Brooks Foundation. He is also the owner of Maximum Home Health, Inc., a home health agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home senior care for families.
Driven by a passion for service, leadership, and community impact, Mr. Brooks continues to honor his son’s vision by helping create opportunities for youth and underserved communities both locally and internationally. Through the foundation, he remains committed to empowering individuals through education, mentorship, outreach, and acts of compassion.
At the Jamel Delano Brooks Foundation, we believe that real change often begins in the classroom — and sometimes with something as simple as a meal. The foundation has proudly supported New Broughton Primary & Infant School in Manchester, Jamaica, through contributions that assist with school development and student support initiatives.
The school expressed heartfelt gratitude for the foundation’s generosity and commitment to helping students thrive academically and personally.
The Jamel D. Brooks Foundation has also made meaningful and hands-on contributions in Jamaica through outreach visits led by Mr. Brooks. During these visits, the foundation partnered with the leadership of New Broughton Primary & Infant School to support educational growth, student well-being, and community development efforts.
